Winksi is committed to protecting children and maintaining a zero-tolerance stance toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and the measures we take to keep our platform safe.
Winksi strictly prohibits any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children, including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to solicit or facilitate such activity. Any account found engaging in such behavior is immediately terminated, and the relevant material is preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Winksi provides in-app tools that allow users to report child safety concerns and other abuse:
We review reported content and take action against violating accounts, including removal and permanent termination. When a report involves potential child sexual abuse or exploitation, we preserve the relevant evidence and escalate it for review and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Winksi complies with applicable child safety laws. Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we act to preserve the material as required by law and report it to the appropriate regional and national authorities, including relevant child protection organizations and law enforcement (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local authorities, as applicable).
Our designated child safety point of contact is available to discuss our CSAE and CSAM prevention practices and compliance:
